This November, my wonderful Olympian friend, Aleksandra Miciul and I, are co-hosting a retreat in Portugal.

We are combining our skills and passions to offer you a perfect getaway - a combination of an Active Vacation and Mindful Relaxation.

Aleksandra will be bringing her expertise as a Certified Life Coach and providing you with tools to better plan and achieve your goals and dreams.

I will be guiding you through the Functional Asana Sessions and sharing the insightful techniques of the Buteyko Method for management of respiratory issues and improvement of endurance and performance in sport.

Imagine starting your day with barefoot walks on the beach, soaking in magnificent sunsets, and enjoying delicious, healthy food. Each day will include Yoga sessions and Life coaching, both in groups and 1:1, tailored to support your personal growth.

Meet Aleksandra

She is a former Olympic Swimmer, who has transitioned into a Certified Life Coach. With a rich background in discipline and goal-setting, she brings invaluable experience to her coaching practice.

Aleksandra's passion lies in empowering others to overcome obstacles and embrace transformations. She also draws from her 15 year professional experience in corporate real estate in London and shares her tips on successful business practices.

With background in classical ballet and rhythmic gymnastics, I offer Yoga Sessions with captivating fusion of grace, strength, and discipline.

My 12 year yoga journey, taught me how to merge stability, flexibility, and resilience.

As a Certified Functional Breath Coach, I will guide you through the undeniably effective breathing exercises, designed to reduce symptoms of respiratory disorders, manage stress and help stopping anxiety and panic attacks.

During this Retreat we will joyfully blend active restoration and rebalancing of the nervous system with the stunning setting of the world-famous Algarve region, delicious food and building lifelong connections.
